Functie-eisen If you prefer to work on one project alone every working day, engineering behind your computer, then this job is probably not for you. This job at SPIE Nederland is for an E&I Engineer who thinks along with the customer and is a sparring partner. One who works out the ideas and converts them into basic engineering and/or detailed engineering. Sometimes you work together with implementation and other times you do a study for a customer. In this role you must be able to switch well between different projects and be strong in setting priorities. You provide a high-quality design that meets the customer's requirements. You prevent the execution from coming to a standstill by thinking ahead in your engineering design. In addition, you monitor the hours and ensure that the design is completed on time. You can achieve this by: • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role; • Are familiar with EPLAN, AutoCAD and Intelec; • Have a feel for the operation, you understand how the execution is done; • Have experience with industrial environments; • Can independently run small to medium-sized projects; • Provide creative, sustainable, cost-saving and out of the box solutions - Affinity with systems (examples: SAP, Excel, PDM and Nexus) Arbeidsvoorwaarden A good salary 25 days of vacation per year based on 40 hours 8.33% holiday pay A good pension plan from your first day at work Net €750 to set up your home workplace Unlimited access to Yacht Academy: 5000+ externally purchased courses that you can follow A training budget of €3,500 per year A referral bonus of €1,500 per candidate who starts working at Yacht Personal guidance and your own HR contact person for your career and development
