Senior Recruitment Consultant at Bennet & Boss | Engineering & Project Services Specialist | Connecting Talent with OpportunityWarranty and Claims CoordinatorWe are looking for a proactive Warranty and Claims Coordinator to manage the end‐to‐end warranty process for offshore assets and equipment. This operational role focuses on intake, validation, and resolution of warranty claims, ensuring timely coordination of inspections, offshore logistics, and rectification activities.

You will act as the central liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, guaranteeing that all resources, approvals, and tools are in place to resolve claims efficiently.

Additional duties include tracking progress, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and warranty procedures, and continuously improving processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.

Intake, validation, and resolution of warranty claims.

Coordinate inspections, offshore logistics, and rectification activities.

Act as central liaison between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Track progress, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and warranty procedures.

Continuously improve processes and workflows.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.

Proven experience in warranty management, claims handling, or operational coordination, ideally in EPC, offshore, or industrial environments.

Strong understanding of offshore logistics, inspections, and operational execution of warranty claims.

Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely claim resolution.

Proficiency in ERP systems, workflow tracking, and documentation tools for warranty management.

Experience reviewing technical documentation, purchase orders, and contractual agreements to validate claims.

Hands‐on experience planning and coordinating offshore rectification activities, including equipment handling, logistics, and compliance with safety procedures.
