Warehouse Team Member Job

Picnic is seeking part-time or full-time warehouse team members for our Rotterdam - Ridderkerk location.

• Picking and packing groceries in the warehouse to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.
• Loading and unloading roll containers for our delivery trucks to maintain a smooth logistics process.
• Checking product quality and expiry dates to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Restocking shelves and keeping the workspace clean and safe to promote a healthy work environment.

• At least 18 years old and physically fit (lifting, walking, standing).
• Proactive, eager to learn, and a real team player.
• Basic Dutch or English language skills are required.
• Availability for 16-40 hours per week (part-time or full-time).

• Earn up to €15.65 per hour, including holiday pay and shift allowances.
• Travel allowance up to 80 km per working day.
• Flexible scheduling: choose your shifts week by week, or opt for a fixed schedule with guaranteed hours.
• Free lunch and dinner, freshly prepared daily by our chefs.
• €200 training budget for professional development.
