Overview:

Its Amsterdam office serves as a key European hub, focusing on large-cap and complex cross-border transactions across sectors including industrials, technology, consumer, and financial services.
With strong momentum across its advisory practice, the firm is now looking to hire a Vice President (M&A) to strengthen its Benelux coverage and support ongoing expansion in continental Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of M&A mandates from origination to closing, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory assignments.
- Manage day-to-day transaction processes, coordinating valuation, due diligence, and negotiations with clients, counterparties, and advisors.
- Supervise and mentor analysts and associates in preparing models, materials, and presentations.
- Support origination initiatives and contribute to business development across Benelux and broader Europe.
- Collaborate closely with senior bankers in other European offices to deliver integrated cross-border advisory services.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory, ideally with experience in large-cap or complex international transactions.
- Demonstrated track record in deal execution and client management.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a strong asset.
- International experience, ideally having worked across European markets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Degree in finance, economics, or related field; top-tier academic background preferred.
