With our rapid growth plan of expanding our global footprint from 5000 to 7000 doors, you as Travel Assortment Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in shaping global programs for our dedicated Travel Retail line of business for the markets Europe, Middle East, and Americas. Your work will impact sales results and help our brand flourish internationally. You will work in a dynamic environment with Travel Retail Commercial teams, varying cross-functional teams such as store design, innovation, supply planning, and trade marketing to drive innovative, strategic, and profitable partner programs.Meet the teamYou will guide and lead the Program Management Travel Retail team that consists of 2 people, which includes one coordinator and one specialist. This hub is part of a bigger backbone team that contains multiple hubs like Program Management Wholesale, Program Management New markets, Operations, and Training team. Also, the Program Management team works closely together with Trade Marketing to ensure 360 programs fit seamlessly. Looking at the bigger scope: the department contains 60 people that are part of the business-to-business team and culture.Your responsibilitiesCurate Profitable and Strategic Global Partner Programs: Analyze product categories and market trends to define a Travel Retail assortment that drives profitability for our partners in the Duty-free multi-brand environment.Assortment Launches: Support the successful launch readiness of assortments four times a year.Guide and oversee long-term forecast product planning translated from the different programs.Optimize Store Concepts: Increase profitability and improve category building on furniture and guarantee qualitative presentation in a desirable way.Oversee day-to-day operations for differentiated regions, channels, and partners.Project Deadlines: Be the guardian of all project deadlines with key stakeholder management.Lead Innovation initiatives: Contribute to Travel Retail exclusive set innovations and needs.Provide Operational Excellence team input on continuous improvement and development of new processes and structures.Manage and mentor a team, providing leadership, performance feedback, and development opportunities.Bring all of youWe are seeking a professional with at least 5 years of experience in FMCG or Retail, specifically in administrative support. A background in Program-/Category Management and the Travel Business is a plus.
