Making sure that we can release daily in a safe and controlled manner is a vital responsibility, as well as ensuring high availability, stability and performance. The team works closely with traders and a wide range of technologists such as developers, systems engineers, network engineers and performance engineers in a diverse technical landscape. One where many components interface and manage a high-volume data flow over a low-latency infrastructure to execute our trading strategies. /p h3Your Core Responsibilities /h3 ul liTroubleshooting and providing quick response to production issues but more importantly solving the root cause of problems in a structural way /li liHelping eliminate downtime using the latest open source technologies, translating trading requests into concrete technical requirements, and working with focus teams to create and implement new sustainable solutions. /li liCoordinate, prioritize and plan the changes to our trading software to ensure smooth exchange migrations and quick time to market for new features and software. /li liWorking closely with traders and quantitative researchers and a wide range of technologists such as developers, systems engineers, network engineers and performance engineers in a diverse technical landscape. One where many components interface and manage a high-volume data flow over a low-latency infrastructure to execute our trading strategies. /li /ul h3Your Skills and Experience /h3 ul li2+ years of experience as an SRE or System Engineer or DevOps Engineer or MLOps Engineer /li liPython and Bash scripting skills /li liExperience with Kubernetes /li liSolid understanding of the Linux Operating System /li liExperience with building and maintaining Machine Learning pipelines is a plus /li liExperience with database querying /li liBasic understanding of TCP/IP protocols /li liA knack for troubleshooting /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li liA proactive attitude and a strong drive to learn and develop yourself /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pIMC is a global trading firm powered by a cutting-edge research environment and a world-class technology backbone.
