Job Description :

The Customer Documentation Team is responsible for all customer-focused technical documentation related to our Radar Systems and Command & Control Systems, which are primarily used in the maritime domain. The current team consists of approximately 15 Technical Authors.As a Technical Author IT, you will develop technical user documentation for our high-tech products.You will gather technical information, explore functionality from the user's perspective, leverage expertise from specialists throughout the organization, and validate the documentation on the actual systems.You will write and maintain clear and well-formulated texts for Operator, Maintenance, and System Manuals.

Requirement:

If you are a creative, open, flexible team player with great communication skills in fluent Dutch and English, then you might be the person we are looking for.

You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in IT (or a related field).

You have a technical background and/or affinity with Information Technology.

You have at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Author or in a similar role.

Knowledge and experience with ASD S1000D specification/Data Modules (DMs) is an advantage.

You have knowledge and experience in agile software development.

You can translate complex concepts into easily understandable information for our (end) customers.

You can manage documentation projects from start to finish.

Knowledge of structured data, such as XML, and knowledge/experience with CSDB/CMS is a plus.
