We are looking for an experienced team leader to manage our Warehouse team in Soesterberg. As a Teamleider Warehouse, you will be responsible for coaching, guiding, and motivating your team to achieve the best results.About the role In this position, you will work in a 2-ploegendienst and be responsible for improving the team's results and processes. Your day will consist of tasks such as:Coaching and motivating employees with a focus on 'LEAN working;Coordinating daily activities, monitoring work progress, and providing additional instructions;Ensuring optimal use of personnel capacity;Planning internal logistics using the WMS system;Resolving problems that arise;Ensuring that team members are multifunctional;Contributing to improvements and implementing changes within the Warehouse;Conducting stand-up meetings;Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations (e.g., RI&E, HACCP, BR, C).What we expect from you We are looking for someone who can motivate people and has good communication skills.
