The team of over 800 employees includes more than 400 highly skilled engineers with deep expertise across hardware and software engineering, as well as an in‑house AI RD team. /p h3The role /h3 pWe are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator (Zip Administrator) to manage and optimize our procurement orchestration platform, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in P2P systems such as Zip or Coupa, ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred), system integrations and SOX compliance, and enjoys bridging technology and business processes while maintaining audit readiness. You will play a critical role in resolving user inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and continuously enhancing system configuration. A strong attention to detail and a can‑do attitude are essential to succeed in this role. /p pYou’re welcome to work in our office in Amsterdam or remotely. /p h3Your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liAdminister, configure, and optimize Zip’s procurement platform, including Intake‑to‑Pay, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Sourcing modules. /li liAssist and support end‑users, addressing system questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance to ensure smooth platform usage. /li liMonitor system and integrations performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. /li liCollaborate with procurement, finance and data teams to design and implement efficient workflows, approval hierarchies, and vendor management processes. /li liEnsure SOX compliance by maintaining internal controls and audit‑ready processes. /li liPrepare and maintain documentation, including process manuals and system configuration guides. /li liSupport audit requests by providing necessary data, reports, and explanations promptly and accurately. /li liProvide training and support to end‑users to drive adoption and effective utilization of the platform. /li /ul h3We expect you to have: /h3 ul liProven track record administering procurement platforms (Zip, Coupa or similar). /li liStrong understanding of procurement processes: sourcing, purchasing, and accounts payable. /li liPrior involvement in system upgrades, testing, and release management. /li liKnowledge of SOX compliance requirements and implementation of internal controls. /li liSkilled in documentation preparation, audit support, and addressing user requests. /li liBasic understanding of API integrations and data mapping between platforms. /li liExcellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills. /li liStrong attention to detail and a proactive, can‑do attitude. /li /ul h3It will be an added bonus if you have: /h3 ul liERP experience, preferably with NetSuite, and prior hands‑on involvement with system integrations. /li liExperience with AI‑driven procurement solutions and automation tools. /li liFamiliarity with spend analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation. /li liExperience with spend management systems (Navan, Tiplati or similar). /liliKnowledge of workflow optimization and process improvement methodologies. h3What we offer /h3 ul liCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. /li liOpportunities for professional growth within Nebius. /li liFlexible working arrangements. /li liA dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation. /li /ul pWe’re growing and expanding our products every day.
