You'll connect test automation with governance, ensuring quality is scalable and manageable.Your roleIn this role, you'll support multiple DevOps teams in improving their testing approaches. You'll oversee content, tools, and test strategy, helping teams mature. You'll identify where standards are being followed—and where they're not. And you'll help provide concrete solutions, always with a practical focus.You'll work closely with the TRC team, including product owners, testers, developers, and platform engineers. You'll have the opportunity to contribute ideas on improvements in test automation, CI/CD integrations, and quality reporting at the program level.What are you going to do?

• Advising teams on test automation (functional, integration, e2e);
• Insight into test architecture, tooling, implementation and maintenance;
• Assess whether teams work according to the company Test Guidelines;
• Identifying bottlenecks and guiding improvement processes;
• Provide input for central strategy and standards within the TRC;
• Facilitate knowledge sharing (via reviews, sessions or documentation).

Who are you?

• You have completed a higher professional or university education;
• You have extensive experience (at least 5 years) in test automation within Agile/DevOps environments;
• Knowledge of test frameworks such as WebdriverIO, Playwright, Cypress or similar is a must;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.);
• Able to independently substantiate test visions or architecture choices;
• Comfortable in coaching and challenging teams;
• Understanding of test data and test environment issues;
• Fluent Dutch, clear communication and ability to connect.
