In this role, you will be a part of the Core Infrastructure team, responsible for designing, developing and maintaining the low-latency trading platform deployed globally. You will be tasked with working on various areas of the technical stack including order routing, market data, and risk systems.Requirements:Strong preference for candidates with experience in proprietary finance, high-frequency trading (HFT) and/or market-makingSignificant experience developing high-availability systems in C++ and Python with very tight resource/latency constraintsBackground in multi-threaded programming and a strong understanding of hardware/software interactionComfortable working "under the hood" and you are quite skilled in performance tuning (applications, Linux, socket I/O, etc.) and troubleshootingExperience working with C++ libraries like STL and BoostUp to date on C++11/C++20 standards and have opinions about themYou've worked on challenging projects that involved things like building a custom compiler, writing a matching engine, or working with large amounts of data in real timeStrong verbal and written communication skillsBonus points if you have:Experience working in the trading industry or another ultra-low latency sensitive business that involves solving remarkably complex problemsExperience working with Research teams and QuantsFull life-cycle software development utilizing exotic hardware/software architectures for ultra-low latency trading systemsSalary: Variable - they are market leaders in compensation pay talent based on their technical ability and what they deserve.
