pWINK has both eyes open looking for a creative Social Media Editor, at our Amsterdam location, who can translate our culture-forward experiences into engaging stories that resonate with our potential muses – all over the world. /ppAs Social Media Editor, you’ll keep the WINK magic alive by: /pulliShaping how the world sees WINK across platforms like Instagram, Linkedin and beyond /liliLeading social content creation by turning our experiential concepts into a social-first strategy with strong art direction, editorial TOV, global appeal and cultural awareness /liliWorking closely with our Lead of Creative Operations and Managing Director to ensure our content hits the sweet spot between brand consistency, strategic storytelling and aesthetic excellence /liliPlanning, composing, directing and editing short-form social content with a high degree of cultural sharpness – from concept to execution /liliTailoring and adapting content per platform – especially Instagram and Linkedin /liliManaging production and content planning and approval workflows, including sourcing content from internal creative teams /liliTracking performance and adjusting social strategies as per industry trends /liliAligning with cross-functional teams including PR, recruitment, marketing and project /li /ulpWhile we’re looking for out-of-the-box people, there’s a few boxes we need you to tick: /pulliYou’ve got around 5 years of experience in a content-creation role at a creative agency (or similar) and a track record of high-performance social work /liliYou have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Keynote and/or Pitch – as well as social analytics suites /liliYou’re strong at directing and editing high-quality, short form visual content /liliYou’re great at crafting short, powerful copy with personality /liliYou can spot cultural and digital trends early — and respond creatively /liliYou’re talented at bridging big-picture strategy with hands-on execution /liliYou’re great at keeping things on track, organized and approved by the right people in a high-paced creative environment /li /ulpWhy work when you could WINK?
