You will guide your team to deliver practical, high-impact solutions, stay on top of industry trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies that expand innovative process capabilities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and process specialists. /liliSupport customers and internal teams with process development, both on-site and in the pilot plant. /liliTranslate pilot results into actionable improvements in customer operations. /liliServe as a technical ambassador at industry events and client meetings. /liliEnsure projects meet timelines, quality standards, and performance expectations. /liliCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored process solutions. /li /ulh3Who We Are Looking For /h3ulliProven leadership experience in the food or protein production sector (5+ years preferred). /liliBackground in process engineering or food technology (Bachelor's or Master's degree). /liliExperience in protein processing is a plus. /liliBased in the Netherlands. /liliStrong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. /liliExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. /liliHands-on, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. /liliFluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, German, or French is an advantage. /li /ulh3Role Overview (Second Position) /h3pWe are looking for an experienced technical leader to take overall responsibility for a site specializing in the design, manufacturing, and assembly of systems for environmentally relevant applications, such as recycling appliances, batteries, and other industrial processes.
