An experienced senior level individual who will lead the EU Sourcing and Logistics operations to optimize Mission Produce’s end-to-end production and sourcing functions. This role is pivotal in managing both the day-to-day sourcing operations and long-term strategic planning to support sustainable growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Manager will be responsible for external stakeholder relationship management, inventory control, production scheduling, and cost management.
