This includes implementing and evolving product management approaches, building, and developing our Product Management team. /li libProduct Management Excellence: /bEnsure product management roles, responsibilities, processes, and systems/tools are well‑defined, in place, and operating effectively. Contribute to global Product Management ways of working and implement them across the EMEA region. /li libStrategic Pricing: /bEstablish and maintain strategic pricing processes, tools, and capabilities that generate significant value for the business. Align, set, and communicate weekly game plans and daily margin/price levels, monitoring sales compliance with pricing guidance. /li libPortfolio Optimization Growth: /bOptimize the regional product portfolio's volume/value contribution and capacity utilization by proactively identifying and executing business growth initiatives. /li /ul h3What you bring to the role: /h3 ul libBachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience, with 10+ years in senior management roles. /b /li libExtensive customer‑facing experience, particularly in joint business planning and initiative execution. /b /li libHighly collaborative attitude with a proven ability to achieve results through others. /b /li libA strong background in specialty food ingredients, with a preference for experience managing a highly complex portfolio.
