ppbSenior Manager: Finance Operations and Administration /b /p pFintech is entering a new phase where operational and commercial excellence has become critical for success. We are looking at an incumbent to join us as we build a successful business together. /p pAs part of your portfolio as bSenior Manager: Finance Operations and Administration /b, you will be responsible to: /p ul liImplement and maintain financial processes, keeping abreast of latest developments in accounting standards and integrate into MTN Group accounting policies and procedures. /li liManage and oversee the Finance Operations activities which include Head Office Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables; br / will support Group Fintech FPA Team on budgeting and reporting of MTN Fintech financial and non-financial KPIs. /li liWork with the Group Fintech FinOps teams to ensure alignment between the Netherlands and SA entities and ensure knowledge sharing and efficiency creation. /li /ul Qualifications ul liA university degree in finance or accounting or bachelor's degree in finance /li liChartered Accountant / Registered Accountant / CFA /li liPost graduate degree in Finance and/or equivalent professional qualification /li liExperience in creating automated dashboards via tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview etc. /li liProficient with Dutch/NL GAAP /li liExperience working in a medium to large organization /li liHas strong background on performance management and relevant tools /li liWorked across diverse cultures and geographies /li liVery good in English (written and verbal) /li /ul Preferred Qualifications ul liChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (advantageous) or ACMA (CIMA) /li liMBA or Masters Degree /li li8 - 10 years of relevant experience in with accounting for head office companies or relevant experience in finance or finance operations related roles in a telecom, technology or financial services environment /li liProven experience in working in Corporate/HoldCo HQs and stakeholder management /li liExperience in accounting for complex consolidations in a multinational environment with multiple stakeholders and multiple input forms such as different currencies, accounting standards etc. /li liProficient with application of IFRS, taxation, and other requirements /li liIn depth experience in Oracle Hyperion reporting and consolidation /li liAn excellent command of the Dutch language /li /ul pReady to make and drive the change with us?
