Join the EMEA Regional Marketing team as Senior Manager, Art & Print Production. You will report to the Production Director and oversee regional Art & Print producers based in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

• Set a clear vision for the team, aligning production goals with overall business objectives.
• Lead by example, inspiring the team and creating a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Cultivate a shared purpose within the team and promote a positive culture across internal and external partners.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions and regions, gathering input, understanding perspectives, needs, and communicating priorities and progress.
• Nurture and develop team members’ skills, providing mentoring, feedback, and growth opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, navigating pressure and ambiguity while setting a clear vision and positive tone.
• Maintain production budgets and resource allocation effectively.
• Provide technical and creative finishing advice alongside finishing agencies and external partners.
• Lead the team to execute world‑class finishing on art assets for marketing campaigns.
• Serve as brand guardian and knowledge centre for Marketing Art and OOH assets.
• Define and monitor quality standards, ensuring creative integrity on all deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and formats, and engage in development with internal and external partners.
• Oversee multiple campaigns at different production stages.
• Track and maintain a regional team budget to forecast needs, partner costs, and objectives.
• Continuously evolve vendor infrastructure to meet changing business needs.
• Seek opportunities to innovate and enhance workflows.
• Partner closely with translation & language teams to support local implementation and integration.
• Manage both internal and external partners on projects.
• Work closely with local markets to understand and support local implementation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Marketing Art & Print production experience.
• Expertise in all aspects of static marketing.
• Deep understanding of art production, finishing, OOH, and print workflows.
• Knowledge of entertainment marketing creative objectives and campaign lifecycle.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills.
• Proven experience leading diverse teams with empathy and effective people management.
• Ability to interact with senior business leaders, showcasing executive presence.
• Strong creative problem‑solving abilities with rapid assessment and optimal solution proposals.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and setting independent goals aligned with business strategy.
• Open to feedback and constructive perspectives.
• Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments, with intellectual curiosity and sound judgment.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies (including AI) and production trends.
• Passion for innovation in production.
