The Dialogue Advisory Group (DAG) works in some of the world's most complex conflict environments. Behind that work is a small, dedicated team in Amsterdam - and right now, that team needs a senior finance and administration professional who can keep the organisation on solid ground. This is not a role for someone who wants to specialise narrowly. You will own the full financial picture - from grant budgets and donor reports to audit, payroll, and year-end closure - while also overseeing administrative operations and managing a small team.
