pThe Senior Director of Military Government Business Development for EMEA is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities with Military, Security, and Public Sector clients. This role defines and executes the Military and Government business strategy, driving revenue growth across the region. Revenue delivery involves leveraging the existing portfolio (Maritime, Land, and Aviation segments) and securing contracts for bespoke product development based on RFIs and Public Tenders. A key function is defining and shaping customer requirements to position Intellian as an essential partner in their technology roadmap. /ppbr/ppuMain Responsibilities and Tasks /u: /ppbr/ppstrong1. Business Development Revenue Generation /strong /pulliIdentify and pursue opportunities across the Land, Maritime, and Aviation segments in all target countries. /liliBuild a robust short-term and long-term pipeline to ensure effective opportunity closure and sustained revenue generation. /liliPresent the full product portfolio and roadmap, highlighting key features and USPs to decision-makers and influencers. /liliProvide strategic input into the product roadmap based on upcoming opportunities and customer requirements. /liliConduct customer seminars or workshops to gather customer feedback. /li /ulpstrong2. Market Strategy Intelligence /strong /pulliFormulate and execute the Military and Government strategy for the region, including long-term and short-term goals. /liliReport on and monitor market trends, budgets, and priorities within the Military and Government sector. /liliGather competitor intelligence, including pricing and technology strategy. /liliMonitor procurement pipelines (e.g., MoD, NATO, and EU Navy and Army customers). /liliIdentify emerging needs related to national security, technology, and cyber. /li /ulpstrong3. Stakeholder Engagement Marketing /strong /pulliBuild and maintain relationships with military commands, government agencies, and contractors. /liliNavigate and manage formal procurement processes, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Tender (ITTs). /liliAttend industry events, Mil Gov exhibitions, and networking forums. /liliProvide insight into the Marketing strategy, including product positioning and messaging Attend industry events, Mil Gov exhibitions, and networking forums. /li /ulpstrong4. Proposal Bid Management /strong /pulliCoordinate and develop high-quality bids that align with government requirements. /liliEnsure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards (e.g., ITAR, FAR, ISO). /liliWork with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Technical and Exec) to submit competitive offers. /li /ulpstrong5.
