Job Title: Senior Contract Manager (Contract & Claims Specialist)

Location: Remote with regular travel to IJmuiden, Netherlands (minimum three days per week)

Contract Duration: 6 months, with possibility of extension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Trinamics is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to join our client's renewable energy service operations in the Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contracts and ensuring effective claims and performance management within a dynamic, growing renewable energy environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee contract performance across offshore wind service and maintenance projects.

Lead claims management and dispute resolution activities across multiple contracts.

Conduct contract awareness and training sessions to support service teams.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure full compliance with contractual obligations.

Prepare contract documentation and identify opportunities to improve operational processes.

Analyse operational challenges and develop commercially viable solutions.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in contract management within large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.

Strong knowledge of O&M contracts for power generation assets; offshore wind experience is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to interpret and manage complex contractual structures.

University degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Dutch language skills are preferred but not required.
