To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for our Personal Care amp; Home Care or Food amp; Animal Nutrition area in BeNeLux. In doing so, we act with the mentality of a modern family business with an eye on the constant change in our industry and the challenges of the future.Drive profitable growth through direct sales and strategic customer portfolio management in the Personal Care amp; Home Care or Food amp; Animal Nutrition industryManage pricing decisions, conduct customer visits, and ensure accurate reporting to support business development.Identify and acquire new customers by region and application, driving market expansion.Collaborate cross-functionally to support market entry and capitalize on new business opportunities.Actively manage sales activities, including customer visits, quotations, pricing, and CRM maintenance within the assigned market segment.Develop strategic annual plans in collaboration with the Business Line Manager and monitor market trends and competitor activities.Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and expanding existing relationships through regular contact.Coordinate demand planning with internal teams and manage travel arrangements independently for customer interactions.Achieve strong operational results and margin contribution through profitable customer management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and portfolio quality.
