ph3Sales Executive (B2B/B2C Outbound Sales Agent) /h3 pFull‑time /p p9 PM – 6 AM Philippine Time /p h3Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ulliContact prospects and customers to sell products and services and provide information about the company’s products and services. /liliMake cold calls to leads and generate sales and revenue for the organization. /liliBe responsible for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, or annual key performance indicators (KPIs). /liliUnderstand the company's products and services and their advantages and disadvantages in order to provide quick resolution to customers’ concerns and overcome potential roadblocks in the sales cycle. /liliBe flexible to assist inbound calls and possess communication skills that make it easy to transition between outbound and inbound calls. /liliDeal with customer communications via phone, email, etc. /li /ul h3Skills Required /h3 ulliBachelor’s/College Degree with BPO experience /liliAt least two years of inbound and outbound sales experience /liliExperience with cold calling and generating leads /liliExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills /liliFearless attitude and a hunter mentality /liliAble to work in CST /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 ulliPossess an enthusiastic, energetic, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented approach toward work and all work projects. /liliPossess strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills while using good judgment. /liliMulti‑task and change from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure. /liliMaintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with customers, clients, co‑workers, and management. /liliExceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, and a professional phone voice. /li /ul h3To Put It Simply /h3 ulliBe self‑motivated and driven to achieve results (actual sales) /liliComfortable with making hundreds of calls, emails, and follow‑ups to close clients /liliExcellent at closing deals, multitasking with tools, and sending invoices as required /liliReliable /liliOpen to learn, improve, and grow daily /liliHave great social skills to speak with clients and represent the company well, and be presentable /liliHave sales experience in B2C, B2B, and sponsorships or other types of sales. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
