What will you do: Communicate transparently with clients to build trust and sustain relationships Carry out client visits to provide updates and training as well What will you do: Communicate transparently with clients to build trust and sustain relationships Carry out client visits to provide updates and training as well as attending Trade Fairs and Events Be proactive in handling customer complaints, looking for solutions and following up Ensure accurate and timely order processing and manage any order changes Manage month end invoicing and ensure invoices are processed on time Keep client information up to date in the system Active promoting the company's brand Who you are: 3 Years work experience in Supply Chain Customer Service Excellent communication skills in English (any other European language is a +) Great time management, organizational and problem solving skills Multi tasker, detail oriented, hands-on mentality and self motivated Knowledge of MS Offic, SAP or other ERP/CRM Systems Able to travel for work You must live close to Almere/ Amsterdam region You must have the valid working permit for the Netherlands.
