One will focus on the industrial market, while the other will concentrate on the automotive sector. As Stegra continues to grow, they are expanding their sales team with these two roles to strengthen customer relationships and drive business development. /p pTogether with their customers, Stegra is leading the green transition in the steel market. They are introducing innovative, sustainable products into a traditionally commodity-driven market that has remained unchanged for decades. By building close partnerships, they are already influencing customer behavior and shaping strategic decisions. /p pThe Sales Account Manager will be part of the Commercial Team and report directly to the Head of Sales. /p pResponsibilities /p ulliRelationship management of existing customers and leading the onboarding and ramp-up process for a group of customers (see their press releases for a listing) /liliBuild a strong sales funnel of prospective customers who value CO2-free steel and are leaders of sustainability in their respective marketplaces /liliManage pre-sale negotiations and expectations both internally and externally /liliLead the drafting of contracts with the support of the legal team /liliAssist the qualification processes, together with operations and technical service /liliActively engage in market intelligence regarding supply, demand, and pricing trends /liliProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts of sales plans for the assigned market as required /liliThis position will require extensive travel /liliMulti-task in a fast-paced environment with keen problem solving and creative thinking. /li /ul pstrongAbout the company /strong /p pStegra is on a mission to change the global steel industry by producing green hydrogen, iron, and steel - with the goal of eliminating CO₂ emissions. Steel experience and/or automotive experience preferred /liliFluency in English is required, ideally proficient in additional languages as well /liliHigh degree of professional ethics and integrity, with sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information /liliSelf-driven with proven results /liliThe sales team is based in the Netherlands, but you can work from Sweden.
