In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of your store, leading and motivating your team, ensuring excellent customer service, and promoting your store within the local community. You will work closely with an experienced optician and be the face of the store, handling sales, customer feedback, and store presentation. The position offers local entrepreneurship, support from the service office, profit sharing, and the opportunity to contribute to making better eye and hearing care accessible to everyone. We are looking for an ambitious, customer-focused, and entrepreneurial retail professional who is passionate about retail, has some experience in the sector, and wants to grow with us. Responsibilities include managing store performance, team development, local marketing, and representing Specsavers' mission. Qualifications include retail experience, leadership skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
