As we expand our services, we are seeking a Responsible Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with local regulations. Role Overview As the Responsible Pharmacist in our Amsterdam branch, you will play a crucial role in managing the pharmacy's operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care while supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including the dispensing of medications and patient safety measures. - Ensure compliance with Dutch pharmacy laws and regulations, as well as Medetone policies and standards. - Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock management and procurement processes. - Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. - Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and guidance to customers and healthcare professionals. - Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high operational standards. Requirements - Registered Pharmacist in the Netherlands (BIG registration). - Strong understanding of Dutch pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements. - Previous experience in a pharmacy management or supervisory role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and patient care.
