Join the leading manufacturer of valves for the energy and water markets! /p pAs International Account Manager, you are responsible for achieving sales targets and strengthening our position in your region. You build long-term relationships with international customers and translate their needs into innovative solutions. In this role, you work closely with the Sales Manager, manage external agents, and ensure optimal collaboration with Product Management and Project Engineering. You are the key link between the customer and our organization, actively contributing to customer satisfaction and Mokveld’s positive reputation. /p pYour responsibilities /p ul liDevelop and execute a sales plan for your region in line with our strategic objectives. /li liEstablish and maintain relationships with customers and agents to convert prospects into orders and build long-term partnerships. /li liAdvise customers and project teams on the functionality and application of our products. /li liEnsure technically accurate and commercially attractive proposals, define strategy and unique selling points, and follow up on quotations. /li liIdentify trends, customer needs, and competitor information, and explore new market and sales opportunities. /li liPerform thorough analyses to determine the best sales strategy and implement it with internal stakeholders. /li liMaintain accurate and transparent records of customer contacts, quotations, projects, and opportunities in our CRM system. /li liConduct annual agent evaluations as part of due diligence for contract renewals. /li liActively seek the best sales channels for specific market segments. /li liProvide operational guidance and support to agents in your region. /li liTravel within your territory is an essential part of the role (approx. 25%). /li /ul pWhat you bring /p ul liA bachelor’s degree in a technical field. /li liAdditional courses in commerce or business administration. /li liExcellent command of Dutch and English; French is a plus. /li liUnderstanding of the full sales process and affinity with technical products. /li liStrong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships across diverse cultures. /li liAbility to identify market opportunities and translate them into concrete actions. /li liEagerness to learn, adaptability, and cultural sensitivity in international markets. /li liWillingness to travel within your region: South Africa, Nigeria, Libya, Angola, Kenya, Mozambique, Congo, Tunisia, and Ivory Coast. /li /ul pI have always worked in sales across various markets, and it's fascinating how the job transforms based on the culture, environment, and countries involved.” /p pWhat we offer /p ul liA challenging position within an innovative company in the energy and water sector. /li liOpportunities for personal and professional development. /li liAn excellent salary, plus 8% holiday allowance, pension, a 13th-month, 27 vacation days, and 13 additional days off. /li liA competitive bonus scheme based on achieved targets. /li liCompany car and representation allowance. /li liVarious social and sports activities such as a staff association, company fitness, and discounts on insurance. /li liA close-knit team where collaboration and growth are central. /li /ul pAcquisitie naar aanleiding van deze vacature wordt niet op prijs gesteld. /p /p /p
