At Charlie works, you will be joining an international team of recruiters who are supporting clients in different industries, including Logistics, Agriculture, Floriculture, and Food production, by providing them with skilled employees.br brThe recruitment process in our industry is quite an art – as we are hiring in high volumes, we have to be creative in sourcing the candidates, going across the borders of the Netherlands, and providing them with the best candidate experience and preparation to arrive in the Netherlands.br brFrom the client#039;s perspective, we ensure a high-level recruitment process that will bring in not only people with the relevant qualifications but also motivated people who will be the ambassadors of the values of our company.br brThe main responsibilities are the following:br brulliSourcing and attracting candidates through different recruitment channels /liliInterviewing candidates, following the 4-step interviewing process to ensure high-quality service /liliProviding the candidates with the most suitable job offers for their skills /liliProviding the candidates with the necessary documents and information to arrive in the Netherlands and start their work here /liliDoing a proper administration of the recruitment process /liliKeeping a focus on the priority tasks for the week and work towards achieving the weekly KPIs /liliSupporting the company branding and visit relevant events to develop the professional network /liliBringing on innovative ideas that will improve the work of the department /li /ulbrstrongJob Requirements: /strong ulliYou have at least 1 years of experience in volume recruitment /liliYou are able to keep the focus on KPIs and delivery of results /liliYour English language skills are at B2 level /liliYou have experience using an ATS /liliYou present a creative andprocess-driven approach /liliYou think outside the box /li /ulbrstrongEmployment Conditions: /strong ulliTemporary contract with opportunity for prolongation /lili26 Vacation days /liliHoliday allowance /liliTravel allowance /liliPension scheme /liliCompany Telephone /liliAccess to our very own gym /liliTraining budget /liliOpportunity for career growth /li /ul
