Who are we looking for We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter, driven team player with experience in real estate, who is determined, customer-oriented and works in a structured way. In addition, we ask: You must live in Amsterdam or the surrounding areas; Team player; Sales experience; Experience in real estate is preferred. Preference for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position; Excellent communication skills and confident to approach 'cold leads'; Excellent command of the English (spoken and written) language; Commercial insight; Independent and attention to detail witthin their working process; 40 hours a week; Good geographical knowledge of Amsterdam and the surrounding area is an advantage; Comfortable using the bicycle and/or scooter in the city is a must; Rental/Relocation Broker Your work consists of: Acquiring new leads; Handle all intro calls with potential new clients to acquire them as a lead. Manage and expand your own customer base Mapping out the wishes of your customer and finding suitable homes. View the suitable homes with the customer. Submitting proposals to landlords and other real estate agents; Building a good network of other brokers, landlords; Receiving customers at the office for intake meetings; Nurture and retain customers for referrals and future sales Acting as the first point of contact for our customer base; Drafting and reviewing rental contracts; Taking care of the screening of candidates (calling the employer, performing credit checks, etc); Identifying potential new customers and making contact with them; Taking over appointments and tasks of office staff if necessary - Being a team player is a must. Actively thinking along to achieve the growth objectives; Ensure a good and positive atmosphere within the company. Willingness to grow and learn from experienced real estate agents within the company. What we offer: We offer a versatile position in a professional, enthusiastic and flexible organisation who are very passionate about the Amsterdam Real Estate market. In addition, we offer: a basic salary of €3000 + 10% to 20% bonus on your own turnover (what we expect is a gross salary between €4000 and €7000 per month) 8% holiday allowance and 23 holiday days on an annual basis; Company lunch; Use of electric bicycle and scooter; Company telephone Who are we?
