It involves daily reporting to the Plant Manager and collaboration with the Global QA team, with potential responsibilities in lab management depending on your experience.What we will achieve togetherOversee and manage quality, environmental, health, and safety processes.Report daily activities and findings to the Plant Manager.Collaborate with the Global QA team based in Eberbach, Germany.Potentially manage and oversee laboratory operations depending on experience.Ensure compliance with internal and external QEHS standards and regulations.Implement and maintain QEHS policies and procedures.Conduct regular QEHS audits and assessments.Provide QEHS training and guidance to staff.What makes you stand outDegree in HBO Food Technology or a related field.Open to both entry-level and experienced candidates; experience in a similar QEHS role is advantageous.Strong hands-on capabilities in managing QEHS systems.Effective communication and reporting skills.Ability to collaborate with international teams.Proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory; German language skills are highly beneficial.What awaits youSupportive environment characterized by personal appreciation and constructive feedback.
