Medior / senior Software Test EngineerDue to our expanding test team, QuandaGo - a Dutch innovative technology company based in the Netherlands - has an opening for the full time position of software test engineer.

Our test team ensures a high standard of software quality, which demands an eye for detail and a structured and accurate work approach and ethic. Having strong command of the English language and being able to properly design, execute and unambiguously formulate your test results are essential.

Being part of the test team means you have a joint responsibility, for a range of products, in the execution of different types of tests, i.e. system integration, confirmation, acceptance, regression and performance tests.You provide to and receive feedback from DevOps colleagues in software development and operations, but also product management.

Which are our requirements?Our priority is quality assurance of our QuandaGo software products.

Essentials:

BSc or degree in a relevant field (CS or engineering)Residence in the Netherlands or an NL work permitWorking knowledge of test automation(frameworks) for web applicationsExperience with test methodologies, design techniques and tooling applied to web applicationsStrong command of the English language, verbally and in writingFamiliarity with the SDLC and STLC, Agile principles and the Scrum frameworkStrong analytical skillsBasic proficiency with SQLWorking experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar issue tracking/collab software)Ability to work in our office in Capelle aan den IJssel at least three days per week

You preferably have:

At least 4 years of relevant job experienceISTQB and/or TMap certificationWorking experience with Web API test(automation)Working experience with Xray or similar test management toolingAffinity with scripting languages and/or knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript
