pAs a Project Quality Manager, you are responsible for leading the quality function within a new manufacturing facility. You ensure compliance with food safety, quality and regulatory requirements while driving a strong quality culture and continuous improvement across all project activities. /p ul liLead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System; /li liEnsure compliance with HACCP, GMP/cGMP, FSSC 22000, ISO and food safety standards; /li liOversee laboratory operations, quality monitoring and hygiene programs; /li liManage regulatory compliance and interactions with regulatory authorities; /li liCoordinate internal, external and certification audits and follow-up actions; /li liDrive quality performance through KPI monitoring, root cause analysis and CAPA management; /li liSupport SAP implementation in line with compliance requirements; /li liLead continuous improvement initiatives and quality reviews. /li /ul pbWhat we are looking for: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biology or a related field; /li li5–10+ years of experience in quality roles within manufacturing environments; /li liStrong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP/cGMP, FSMS and regulatory compliance; /li liExperience with audits, CAPA, non-conformities and quality systems management; /li liExperience leading and developing teams; /li liKnowledge of SAP is an advantage; /li liStrong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills; /li liExcellent communication and presentation abilities. /li /ul pbWhat we offer: /b /p ul liCompetitive salary package; /li li25 vacation days plus 3 additional leave days; /li liDiscount on MCO Health products; /li liGreen mobility program with attractive e-bike lease options; /li liExtensive training and professional development opportunities; /li liProfessional and international working environment; /li liStrong team spirit and supportive company culture. /li /ul pbInterested? /b /p p Are you an experienced quality professional with a passion for food safety and compliance?
