We strive to build a culture of excellence, to build a team of the best people, equipped with the best skills and technical support to deliver results that exceed expectations, even in the most difficult circumstances. /ppOverviewbrImperative Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee the comprehensive lifecycle management of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) projects—including Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and Video Management Systems (VMS)—across all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and Guam. /ppKey Responsibilities /pp· Lead overall program execution of an IDIQ contract with multiple concurrent task orders /pp· Oversee installation of turnkey ESS solutions including ACS, IDS, and VMS systems /pp· Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and PWS specifications /pp· Coordinate with government security representatives and contracting officials /pp· Manage technical requirements including NDAA compliance, Section 508 accessibility standards, and cybersecurity protocols /pp· Coordinate staffing across multiple simultaneous task orders /pp· Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure quality control standards /pp· Oversee travel coordination and logistics for nationwide deployments /pp· Maintain program deliverables and project status reporting to government stakeholders /ph3Requirements /h3brpQualifications /pp· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related technical field /pp· 5-+ years of program management experience in federal contracting /pp· 5+ years experience with physical security systems (preferred government/federal) /pp· Demonstrated experience with Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Management Systems /pp· Knowledge of federal security requirements and compliance standards /pp· Strong written and verbal communication skills /pp· Experience managing subcontractor relationships and vendor partnerships /pp· Ability to interface with federal customers and technical stakeholders /pp· Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust security clearance /pp· Must be available for emergency response and after-hours coordination /ph3Benefits /h3brpSuccessful candidates will be eligible to participate in Imperative's Health Benefits throughout their employment.
