If something goes wrong, you fix it.br- You're organized, reliable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.br- You speak fluent English and can communicate clearly in writing and video calls.br- You have a stable setup (laptop, fast internet, backup power or data).brIf you don't meet these points, please don't apply.brYour Responsibilities:br- Act as the bridge between Ibrahim and the operational team.br- Turn strategic ideas into actionable project plans with timelines and deliverables.br- Follow up on every initiative and ensure it gets completed.br- Write, update, and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).br- Make sure all team members follow the SOPs correctly and consistently.br- Set and track deadlines, KPIs, and milestones.br- Hire and manage first-level employees (product research, creatives, etc.).br- Track performance, speed, and compensation of employees.br- Coordinate which products are added for testing and manage timelines.brWho You Are:br- You've helped run or manage a successful e-commerce or dropshipping store.br- You're highly structured and detail-oriented.br- You're proactive,  you see what needs to be done and just do it.br- You're comfortable making decisions and holding people accountable.br- You have a calm but assertive communication style.brSchedule Commitment:br- 17:00 to 20:00 Philippine Time (Monday-Friday), 3 hours per day.
