Since our foundation in the late 1990s, we have made quite a name for ourselves in the sports world. We take pride in serving some of the world's most prestigious sporting venues, including the Boston Red Sox, the Dallas Cowboys, F.C. Bayern München, F.C. Barcelona, and Manchester City.

PlayGreen is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a proven track record to join our dynamic team. This position requires a professional who can manage project processes from inception to completion, such as new product implementation and other cross-functional business initiatives, as a shared resource in the organisation. This includes business support to the CEO and CFO/COO. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management and ideally business processes, and be keen to be involved.

The position reports to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management Support as a Shared Service:

  1. Project Planning Shared Service:

With Business develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation that supports the project scope, objectives and deliverables.

  1. Team Coordination:

Support cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

Work with Product Owners to monitor progress of tasks, and provide support to team members.

Support project teams with administrative tasks and project tracking.

  1. Stakeholder Management:

Provide regular updates on project status, issues, and changes.

Join project meetings with stakeholders and bring project status information and other information to help facilitate the meetings.

  1. Project Delivery:

Join project team meetings in a support role in quality and post completion reviews and evaluations.

Business Support:

Business process improvement support.

Assist in project management of acquisitions, including post acquisition integrations, and major corporate projects and implementations, including market scans, governance projects, etc.

Assist in presentation preparation for the Leadership Team, where needed.

Assist in the coordination of office activities and operations on a needs basis.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management.

Business process improvement experience is a plus.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and experience in business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio).

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

High proficiency in both Dutch and English.
