Your work ensures that we deliver high-quality glass products to various industries, meeting strict quality standards. You’ll join a diverse and collaborative team where safety, precision, and teamwork are paramount. With a thorough onboarding program lasting 4–6 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the company. /p Your responsibilities will include:ulliOperating semi-automated CNC machines and performing tasks such as assembling, packaging, and stacking according to production schedules. /liliInspecting and recording product quality, taking action when deviations occur. /liliConducting basic maintenance and keeping machines and workspaces clean following established instructions. /liliResolving recurring issues and reporting production or machine problems to the team leader. /liliWorking in a 3-shift system, collaborating with your team to achieve production targets. /li /ul h1bWat we je bieden /b /h1 ulliA base salary of €15.55 per hour, plus a 23% shift allowance, totaling approximately €3149 gross per month. /liliA temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position. /liliGuaranteed 38 working hours per week in a structured and stable environment. /lili8% holiday allowance, 25 vacation days per year, and up to €2500 gross in annual bonuses. /liliTravel reimbursement of €0.23 per km (up to 50 km one-way). /liliOpportunities for professional growth, supported by internal training and development programs. /li /ul h1bFunctie-eisen /b /h1 pAre you a precise and motivated team player with a passion for production processes?
