Within production you have a machining area, assembly area and paint shop. /liliManaging daily production activities, people deployment as per delivery plan, process implementation upgradation, handling the Team in an effective way to ensure that the manufacturing production lines run smoothly delivering the KPI’s. /liliResponsible for generating a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards. /liliA part of the Pathway to Excellence culture to support the organization’s annual goals towards becoming a world class manufacturing organization. /liliDaily Management of production from machining and assembly department, ensuring people equipment safety, adherence to product quality process, hitting production KPI’s not limited to On Time Delivery, People equipment efficiency, cost elements etc. /liliAnalyze-Predict-Prepare for bottlenecks in the production line that could negatively impact KPI’s commitment, through strong level of engagement with own team across functions not limited to Planning, Purchase, Logistics. /liliUse KPIs and operational data from daily dashboard, Power BI platforms, to drive performance improvement. /liliManaging the production department’s budget, with direct responsibility for specific production cost elements. /liliLeading production activities based on LEAN and Operational Excellence methodologies in all areas of responsibility. /liliEnsure with cross functional team, all production equipment are properly maintained, calibrated and in good working condition at all times to ensure minimal downtime. /liliDefining and executing the future strategic roadmap for production with improved cost, people equipment efficiency through machine strategy, digitalization, automation, investments. /liliActively participating in the site management team and contributing to the development and delivery of the annual plan. /liliEnsure all operators receive adequate training and development to perform their roles effectively /liliBeing visible as a leader; focusing on behavior, values and driving the company culture, maintaining high level of self motivation people enthusiasm. /liliGuiding and motivating your employees in their developments and reaching their personal goals /liliSetting annual budget in alignment towards the company goals /liliBuilding a strong internal network through effective collaboration with OpEx, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to maximize added value to SPX. /li /ulh3What You Bring /h3pTo be thriving in this role you will need to bepro-active, organized, communicative and stress-resistant team player. /ppYou will also need: /pulliA bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering area /lili10+ years’ experience in manufacturing leadership/supervision role, preferably in similar product and/or process in LEAN environment /liliUnderstanding of technical documents to ensure that products meet the correct standards /liliUnderstanding of mechanical operations on a conventional machine park /liliFluency in English and Dutch /liliIT literate with Windows environment, MS Office Package, Power BI and ideally in SAP ERP /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills /liliStrong people management and motivational skills with ability to coach and facilitate individually and at the large-scale level /liliAbility to define problems, establish facts and assure environment for creative problem-solving among the team /liliAbility to adapt to changing circumstances, new and different environments, and functional areas /liliKnowledge of data analysis and statistical process control; ability to define problem through Visual indicator. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3pAs well as a competitive salary, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package to our employees including: /pulliFeel valued at work thanks to our performance recognition programs /liliExcellent onboarding and training process /liliAnnual bonus /liliFlexible working /liliGenuine progression and global development opportunities /liliAttractive local benefits /li /ulh3Next Steps /h3pDoes this opportunity align with your career goals?
