Do you have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a dynamic production environment? At this bakery in Maastricht, you'll handle freshly baked cookies, switch between different tasks, and work closely with a supportive and diverse team. On top of a solid base salary, you can earn shift allowances of up to 39%.

As a production operator, you ensure that all products are packaged correctly and meet the required quality standards. You place cookies into trays or boxes, seal and label the packaging, and carry out visual checks. Thanks to task rotation, your workdays stay varied and engaging. Cleanliness, precision, and teamwork are essential in this role.

Your main tasks include:

• Placing cookies in trays or packaging according to instructions
• Sealing and labeling packages accurately
• Checking product quality and reporting any irregularities
• Replenishing packaging materials when needed
• Keeping the workspace clean and following food safety guidelines

Shift times:

• 06:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 23:00
• 23:00 - 06:00

This full time position (40 hours per week) includes:

• €2.740 gross per month as base salary (excluding allowances)
• 38% shift allowance between 18:00 and 03:00 (up to €20.76 per hour)
• 39% shift allowance between 03:00 and 06:00 (up to €20.91 per hour)
