Then this interface-role as Product Manager could be the perfect fit for you. /p pstrongThe function /strong /p pAs Product Manager, you serve as the key interface between Product Management and the RD-, Product Development-, and Business Development teams. /p pYou will ensure that the products meet market needs and deliver exceptional value to the customers. You will be accountable for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept development through to market launch and successful customer adoption, supporting the VP of Product Management in defining the strategy, roadmap, and priorities. /p pYour key responsibilities are: /p ulliOversee and manage a portfolio of internal product development projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with global expectations and achievement of internal milestones; /liliMonitor project progress on a daily basis, reporting any delays or issues to the VP of Product Management, and proposing appropriate mitigation plans; /liliCollaborate with other Product Managers to identify potential synergies and dependencies between products, aiming to optimize development processes and reduce costs; /liliSupport the VP of Product Management in defining and managing the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and customer needs; /liliGather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape; /liliTranslate customer and market requirements into clear technical specifications for the RD and Product Development teams, as well as external partners when necessary; /liliWork closely with RD, Product Development teams, and external partners to prioritize features, plan releases, and manage trade-offs; /liliCoordinate with Business Development, Sales , Marketing and Application teams to ensure successful product launches and consistent messaging; /liliSupport product demos, application and pre-sales activities, and customer discussions to align expectations and gather valuable insights; /liliMonitor product performance, usage, and customer satisfaction post-launch, and recommend improvements in collaboration with the Field Service and other Application team members; /liliPromote and support continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration. /li /ul pThe location of this vacancy will be the region Eindhoven (The Netherlands).
