Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Advertising Specialist (Mid/Senior) based in Amsterdam, with partial remote work flexibility. The specialist will manage performance campaigns across multiple channels, conduct in-depth data analysis, optimize advertising campaigns for better ROI, and perform performance testing to improve outcomes. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader business goals and ensuring a data-driven approach to performance management. Qualifications Plus 5 years of relevant experience with advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit etc. Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis to measure performance metrics, generate insights, and inform decisions Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present data-driven strategies clearly Expertise in Performance Management and Performance Testing to optimize advertising campaigns and strategies Experience with digital advertising platforms and tools for tracking and reporting campaign performance Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven tools and techniques for campaign optimization is a plus Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive and growth-focused mindset
