The successful candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical teams, new business and support in delivering business objectives. Supported by the Commercial and Implementation team, they will lead efforts in new client pitches and setups, analyze processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement technology solutions that align with our strategic goals. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liWork with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for new client accounts. /li liTranslate client business needs into workflows for client and tech teams, asking the right questions to ensure accurate scope and cost. /li /ul h3Process Improvement and Solution Design: /h3 ul liEvaluate existing processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved outcomes. /li liCollaborate with tech and business teams to design solutions that align with overall business strategy. /li liCreating commercial models that deliver the workflow. /li /ul h3Project Management and Stakeholder Communication: /h3 ul liLead new client pitches, ensuring a smooth transition to implementation for setup. /li liServe as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication to ensure understanding and alignment. /li /ul h3Data Analysis and Reporting: /h3 ul liAnalyse data to support decision‑making processes, create measurement process for new clients. /li liCreate reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations for new solutions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For: /h3 ul li10‑15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar roles. /li liExperience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations. /li liFluency in German or French language. /li liStrong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into operational and technical solutions. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to lead conversations during pitches and onboarding. /li liHigh attention to detail, strong analytical capability, and a proactive approach to identifying risks and opportunities. /li liComfortable working cross‑functionally and remotely across multiple markets and teams. /li /ul pOur values shape everything we do: /p pBe bImaginative /b to push the boundaries of what’s possible /p pBe balways learningand listening /b to understand /p pBe bactively pro-inclusive and anti-racist /b across our community, clients and creations /p pOLIVER, a part of the Brandtech Group, is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive working environment where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential, and individual differences are valued and respected.
