We are looking for an Office & Executive Assistant to join our team in Eindhoven.

We are Bridge Polymers, a company that specializes in the distribution of plastic raw materials. Our warehouses are full of… Material! We sell this to our end customers for their manufacturing needs. On the other hand, we work with major petrochemical companies as our suppliers. Our main market focus is on selling polyethylene and polypropylene. Bridge Polymers operates in several countries, with subsidiaries in Spain, Poland, Romania, Brazil and more, while our headquarters are based in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

About the Role

This is a dual-function role combining office management with executive support responsibilities. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the company while supporting senior leadership with organizational and administrative coordination.

We are looking for someone who thinks proactively, stays one step ahead, and enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and positive energy to the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth and consistent employee experience across all locations, creating connection between HQ and international colleagues
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Support senior leadership with administrative coordination and follow-up on priorities
  • Coordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and related logistics
  • Proactively anticipate organizational and scheduling needs
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including birthdays, celebrations, and appreciation moments that strengthen company culture
  • Assist in organizing internal and external events, including venue coordination, supplier management, and logistics
  • Oversee office operations, including facilities, office supplies, vendor coordination, BHV coordination, and general administrative support
  • Act as a central point of coordination to ensure smooth communication and daily operations across teams and locations

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level
  • Proven experience in office management and executive support, administration, or a similar coordination role (must have)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch
  • Experience in an international environment is considered an advantage
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Flexible, practical, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Already residing in Eindhoven or within a reasonable commuting distance, and eligible to work in the Netherlands
