In this way, you contribute to achieving a high quality of care for patients/relatives with positive patient outcomes according to the principles of professional care. Through targeted evaluations and participation in the nursing team, you will identify potential areas for action and take measures to further develop professional care. You consciously shape and maintain your professional relationships and are willing to network across organizations. You provide guidance and coaching on nursing expertise, are jointly responsible for internal knowledge management, conduct training sessions, and promote process-oriented, constructive cooperation in our clinic.
