Nurse Specialist ANP (a) with a Focus on Respiratory Care / Intensive Care 60-100% At the cereneo rehabilitation clinics we develop an individualised treatment programme with the aim of giving our patients back the highest degree of independence and freedom in shaping their lives, thus optimising their quality of life. We treat patients who have health insurance in Switzerland as well as international patients from all over the world. cereneo and its sister companies accompany patients from the earliest phase after a neurological disease, from intensive to inpatient to outpatient treatment, to the field of telerehabilitation. cereneo offers highly specialized rehabilitation programs for people with neurological diseases and injuries, including stroke, brain injuries, neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and many other neurological disorders. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and independent person for both locations: Vitznau + HertensteinIn this newly created and varied position, you will be responsible for supervision, development, and ensuring effective, economical nursing care that meets current quality standards with a focus on neurorehabilitation. In this way, you contribute to achieving a high quality of care for patients/relatives with positive patient outcomes according to the principles of professional care. Through targeted evaluations and participation in the nursing team, you will identify potential areas for action and take measures to further develop professional care. You consciously shape and maintain your professional relationships and are willing to network across organizations. You provide guidance and coaching on nursing expertise, are jointly responsible for internal knowledge management, conduct training sessions, and promote process-oriented, constructive cooperation in our clinic.
