Consultant Sustainability & Investments @ Vroom.This is an interesting opportunity for a Risk Professional who is ready for the next step in his/her career, and is ready to take on more responsibility and create real impact.Position As a Non-Financial Risk Manager at NBE, you will be responsible for coordinating and enhancing the non-financial risk management. In this position you will work closely with senior management and various lines of defense to effectively manage risks and increase risk awareness across the organization.You will collaborate with three General Risk Managers to ensure an integrated risk management approach, and you ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements while managing stakeholder interests effectively. You take initiative to resolve cross-divisional issues and implement improvements, and you naturally mentor and train junior team members.Your main responsibilities are:Strengthening Risk Management – Improve risk taxonomy, implement tools, and develop a company-wide risk grid;Risk Framework & Compliance – Update policies and ensure regulatory adherence;Strategic Risk Analysis – Support long-term risk planning and forecasting;Training & Advisory – Guide first-line management on risk policies;Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with compliance, audit, and UK teams on outsourced risks;RCSA Implementation – Design and execute a new risk assessment methodology;Monitoring & Reporting – Oversee key risk controls and prepare reports for senior management.Profile To be succesful in this role we are looking for someone who:Has 7+ years of experience in risk management, with a strong focus on operational risk in banking;Is proactive, results-driven, and able to execute effectively;Shows strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills;Has in-depth knowledge of banking regulations, RCSA, and risk monitoring;Is analytical yet hands-on;Is culturally sensitive and internationally minded;Shows passion for growth—both personal and team development.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function FinanceIndustriesBanking and Financial Services
