Now, we're expanding our BeNeLux studio and looking for a Creative Technologist to help us prototype the future.

What you'll do

You'll sit at the intersection of design and engineering — translating imagination into tangible, testable experiences.

As a Creative Technologist, you will:

• Build high-fidelity interactive prototypes using modern frameworks (React, Vue, Flutter, etc.) and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to explore new concepts through rapid experimentation.
• Lead design and prototype review sessions, connecting creative ambition with technical feasibility.
• Bring ideas to life across digital, physical, and hybrid ("phygital") touchpoints — from mobile to IoT to AI-enabled experiences.
• Embed design thinking and prototyping within delivery frameworks, influencing how innovation scales inside enterprise environments.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of creative exploration.

You'll be part of a new, dynamic Vital team in BeNeLux, working across diverse clients and industries — with the freedom to shape, test, and iterate bold ideas.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years in creative technology, innovation labs, or similar roles, and a strong portfolio of concept-to-prototype projects.
• You bridge human-centered design and engineering fluently — understanding both creative intent and technical depth.
• You're experienced with rapid prototyping, UX experimentation, and tools like Figma, Figma Make, MiroAI, React, Three.js, or Unity.
• You can comfortably discuss feasibility, data integration, and AI/ML applications within design.
• You thrive in collaborative, co-creation environments with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• You communicate clearly, think systemically, and enjoy turning abstract ideas into something people can touch and feel.
• Knowledge of WCAG guidelines, the EU Accessibility Act and inclusive design principles.
• You're fluent in Dutch and English (C1).
• Eligibility for security clearance in the Netherlands (Dutch or EU citizenship may be required due to customer security requirements).

Nice to have: familiarity with phygital experiences, data-driven design, or enterprise-scale prototyping. French proficiency is a plus.
