You test the equipment that prepares satellites and spacecraft for launch. Not for just any company — but for ESA's European space testing centre, operated by ETS: a joint venture between Airbus and IABG.br /This is one of the most unique technical roles in the Netherlands.br /br /strongWhat will you do? /strongbr /You are responsible for performing and leading mechanical tests: acoustic tests, vibration tests, shock tests, and mass properties tests. Equipment destined for space is first entrusted to your hands.br /You also ensure that the test facilities remain fully operational at all times — from preventive maintenance to troubleshooting and implementing improvements. You collaborate with international clients and colleagues on complex space programmes and industrial projects.br /No two days are the same. No project is ordinary.br /br /strongWhat do you bring? /strongbr / ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent technical qualification /li liExperience with mechanical test and measurement systems /li liKnowledge of vibration and acoustic test facilities /li liBasic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to read electrical diagrams /li liAbility to work independently in accordance with applicable processes and requirements /li liExcellent command of the English language, both written and spoken /li liFlexible availability — including occasional shift work and Saturdays /li /ul strongDon't tick every box?
