One of the key teams is the Mechanical Engineering team, comprising about 25 highly educated engineers. They handle the (3D) mechanical designs of products like rotary joints, support structures, radar components, cooling, and filtering units. These designs can be for the internal supply chain but also for subcontractors to produce and assembly hardware.Thales is looking for a:Manager Mechanical EngineeringYou will be part of the Mechanical Electrical Engineering Management Team and will work closely together with other engineering disciplines (e.g. System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Test Engineering, etc.) and also with Supply Chain and internal production. You will manage your team jointly with your peer who manages the mechanical architects and analysts.We need an enthusiastic and motivated people manager with a strong engineering background to lead the Mechanical Engineering team.
