Job requirements

• Master’s Degree completed successfully.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a consultancy firm.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, or organizational transformation.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. German is a plus.
• Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment with diverse educational backgrounds, positions, and skills.
• Dynamic, results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Competenties

As a Managing Director in Insurance and/or Banking, you will support Sia Partners’ growth through business development, sales, account management, and content expertise. You will collaborate with motivated Directors and Partners globally, as well as consultants in the Netherlands.

You will be responsible, along with the Partner, for developing our business in sales and people management:

• Lead sales and delivery engagements with existing and new clients.

• Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.

• Achieve sales and delivery targets.

• Oversee business delivery and team management at clients.

• Provide industry guidance, strategies, and best practices.

• Build and lead your team of consultants in missions and commercial efforts.
