Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree completed successfully.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in a consultancy environment.
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development, or organizational transformation.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting projects.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; German is a plus.
• Strong team-building and management skills across diverse educational and professional backgrounds.

Selection Process
