What You Will Do

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high‑quality products.
• Drive technical and strategic direction for the engineering team.
• Ensure alignment of engineering goals with business and product objectives.
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor engineers, supporting their career growth and development.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and security standards.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Product, UX, QA, DevOps) to drive execution.
• Manage team hiring, performance evaluation, growth, and resource allocation.
• Advocate for process improvements, automation, and scaling strategies.

• Knowledge of performance optimization, security best practices, and cost‑efficient solutions.
• Experience with engineering metrics to track and improve team efficiency.
